1 table spoon Crazy Eddie’s Big Time BBQ Seasoning
1/2 cup melted butter
1 table spoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cayane pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
celery sticks and blue cheese dressing (optional)
Remove tips from chicken wings and discard. Combine ingredients in a bowl and stir until smooth.
Preheat oil to 365 F. Fry wings for 10-12 minutes or until done. Toss in sauce and serve immediately. (For deep frying drain well)
Preheat oven to 400 F. Best to marinade in refrigerator for 2 hours. Remove the chicken from the sauce and place into a zip lock bag and in a bowl to avoid leaking in your fridge . Discard used marinade. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping over half way through baking. Increase heat to broil and broil wings until crisped, about 3-5 minutes. Toss in sauce and serve immediately.
Soak in marinade 2 hours. Grill over medium high heat basting with sauce every 10 minutes until done basting. Serve immediately
Dipping Sauces: Ranch style or blue cheese dressing
Chicken Tacos ala Betty
FILLING: 1 lbs. cooked chicken breast / shredded
1/4 cup Crazy Eddie’s Original Hot Sauce
1 table spoon Crazy Eddie’s Big Time BBQ Seasoning 2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon cumin 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 head lettuce/ shredded 1 cup tomato/ chopped 1 cup onion/ chopped 1/2 cup jalapenos/ chopped 1 cup cheddar cheese/ shredded 1 cup jack cheese/ shredded
1 box taco shells/ made to box directions or corn tortilla's
Heat butter in pan until melted, add chicken and all other ingredients and when combined and starting to sizzle add enough water to barely cover. Simmer on low until mixture is dry stirring frequently towards end.
Mix tomato, onion and jalapenos like a salsa and set aside. Mix the two cheeses together and set aside.
When filling is cooked down make your tacos and enjoy!
